What better way to spend Memorial Day weekend than tasting delicious Mellowood wine and learning to make Pilau.
Join us for an interactive cooking class where you will join Mariam and help to cook the Pilau, then enjoy a lunch of Pilau and Kachumbari, and you will be able to make your own Pilau at home with Maqriam's recipe.
